• Study records: enrolment, attendance, test results, certificates issued.
• Fee records: fee amount, discounts, payments, payment mode and receipt numbers. We do not store card or bank account numbers.
• Technical data: your IP address and browser type in our server logs, kept for security.

How we use it

• To process your admission and contact you about classes, fees and exams.
• To give you a student login, online tests and fee receipts.
• To issue certificates and let employers verify them on this website.
• To register you with an examining body (for example NIELIT, NIOS or a university) when your course requires it.

Certificate verification

When someone enters your certificate number or verification code, this website shows your name, father's name, enrolment number, course, grade and dates so they can confirm the certificate is genuine. Nothing is shown without the exact number.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with examining bodies for your registration, or when the law requires it.

Security

The website uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored encrypted. Only authorised staff can open student and fee records.

Your choices

You can see your profile, results and fee receipts in the student portal. To correct your details or ask us to delete information we no longer need, contact the office.
